Operational Process

STEP 1 : Booking Creation

Front Office / Reservation to create bookings received through various sources, mandatory guest mobile number to be mentioned, to receive e-Check-in request.

STEP 2 : Hassle Free e-Check-in

Guest to fill all pre-requisite details to avoid waiting at the reception for a seamless e-check-in process and adds other guest(s). Repeat guests need to confirm arrival time only.

STEP 3 : Room Allotment

On day of arrival after successful ID uploads Front office allots rooms. All Guest(s) are pre-notified of hotels location, check-in PIN and hotel service link.

STEP 4: Verified Check-in

During check-in, reception validates PIN and Guest Registration is downloaded / printed without the need to write a single word.

STEP 5 : Stress free stay

Guest can avail all hotel services on the tap of his smart phone and acknowledges each of his expenses.

STEP 6 : Checkout & Feedback

On the day of checkout, automated bill is retrieved for both front office and guest. Due Amount is paid leaving a feedback to optimize the process in future.
